I work with young adults, and adults who are trying to better their lives. Whether you are going through a life change, struggling with substance use, depression, anxiety, trauma, or parenting, I will work with you on your goals.



Learn how to sit with your thoughts by observing your breath. During meditation you can expect an introduction of 5 minutes, silent/guided meditation for 30 minutes, and a debrief for about 15 minutes. 


Learning how to incorporate mindfulness in your day to day life. From brushing your teeth, to dishes, to just going on walks. Mindfulness helps us to be present in our day to day life, stepping out of our automatic pilots to live with greater awareness.
